Review and provide written response to the Gaals and Policies for <br /> Environmental Pratection and Natural Resource Management as established <br /> in the Orono Community Management Plan and the recommendations <br /> contained within in the Orono Natural Resources Inventory. The intent is to <br /> establish the prapert�s ecalogical connections both within Orono and as part <br /> af the regional ecological s stem. <br /> 2. Rural Oasls Stud <br /> If the property exists adjacent to a documented corridor in the Rural Oasis <br /> Study, review and respond to the existing aesthetic and ecological analysis. <br /> If the property is NOT adjacent to a documented corridor in the Rural Oasis <br /> Study,developer shall have a qualified consultant prepare a similar analysis <br /> and submit it to the city for review. This analysis shall include the <br /> documentation of: <br /> a. Views, <br /> b. Corridor enclosure, <br /> c. And landmarks through a plan analysis and photographs. <br /> Deve/oper sha116e charged a standard fee established rn the city fee schedule <br /> to cover the expenses of the city rn hiring a consultant to revlew the ecologrcoJ <br /> site anolysis submitted by the developer. <br /> 3. Natural Resource Inventory. <br /> Include all the following elements: <br /> a. Review and document the MLCCS data ertinent to the site. <br /> b. Tree survey QK <br /> lnclude all significanr individua!irees greater than six in. diameter, and <br /> stands of trees, ldentifying tree species and size. Not needed because <br /> tree habitat dominoted by Box Elder nearly exclusively. <br /> c. Wetland fnventory and Wetfand Suffer OK <br /> lnclude delineatron reports. <br /> d. Topographic survey OK <br /> Include existing dralnage atterns <br /> e. Site Analysis <br /> Analysis of the site 6ased on the findings and recommendations of the <br /> Orono Natura!Resources lnventory with regards to: <br /> • Conceptua!greenways und open space corridors; <br /> • Exrstence of rare plant communitles; <br />
