Section 78-1685 Massing standards [within stormwater quality overlay <br /> 145 districtJ is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 146 <br /> 147 (1)Non-industrial zoning districts. Except for parcels zoned industrial, alllots in the stormwater <br /> 148 quality overlay district that have a gross acreage of less than two acres shall comply with the <br /> 149 following massing standards for structures. <br /> 150 a. Maximum total footprints allowed. <br /> 151 1. On lots equal to or greater than 10,000 square feet in area, the total combined <br /> 152 footprints of all principal and accessory structures shall not exceed 15 percent of the <br /> 153 gross lot area. <br /> 154 2. On lots of less than 10,000 square feet in area, the total combined footprints of all <br /> 155 principal and accessory structures shall not exceed 1,500 square feet. <br /> 156 b. Calculation of massing. The following shall be included in the calculation of the total <br /> 157 combined footprints by structures: <br /> 58 1. All roofed structures more than six feet above Existing G�round�-Level g�e <br /> 59 �e�e�. <br /> 160 2. Tennis courts, patios, decks, and all similar open structures when partially or fully <br /> 161 enclosed by fences, railings or walls which extend more than six feet above Existin� <br /> �62 G�round L�evel g�e�(if any portion of such structures extends more than six <br /> 163 feet above grade level, the entire structure shall count toward lot coverage). <br /> 164 <br /> 165 <br /> 166 SECTION 6.
