Following approval the owner began construction of a new home on the eastern � <br /> lot; 4725 North Shore Drive. The home was never fully completed. Prior to a certificate <br /> of occupancy both of the properties went into foreclosure and were returned to the bank. <br /> At this time the applicant, Bridgewater Bank, requests renewal of the 2006 approvals in <br /> order to finalize the lot line rearrangement and sell the properties separately. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of the request to renew Resolution 5553 for the lot line <br /> rearrangement, vacation of Lake Street and variances for 4725 and 4731 North Shore <br /> Drive. <br />
