CITY OF OROl�TO <br /> �NNEPIN COiJNTY,A�IINNES4TA <br /> DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR <br /> CREEKSIDE IN ORONO <br /> BY <br /> CREEKSIDE IN ORONO,LLC <br /> THIS AGREEMENT,made and entered into this���day of February,2005,by <br /> and between the Ciry of 4rono,a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota(hereinafter called"City"), and Creekside In Orono,LLC, a Minnesota limifed <br /> liability company, its heirs,organized under the laws of the successors and assigns, (hereinafter <br /> called"Devedoper"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS,the Developer has made application to the Ci�Ey Council for approval of the <br /> final plat of Creekside in Orono. <br /> AND,WHEREAS,the City Council has granted approval for such development on the <br /> condition that the Developer enter into this agreement to provide for the installation of <br /> improvements hereinaf�er described on the#erms and conditions hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the premises and of the mutual promises and <br /> conditions hereinafter contained, it is hereby agreed as follows: <br /> I. Property Descri�tion: Lots 1-7,Block 1, Outlot A, Outlot B, Creekside in Orono,according <br /> to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> 2.
