I have the following <br /> comments: <br /> • A wetland delineation was completed in 2003/2004 when the subdivision was created. A wetland delineation is <br /> valid for 5 years, an updated delineation would be required. The updated delineated edge shouid be shown on <br /> the survey including the required 35' setback from the delineated edge. <br /> • The survey dated June 25, 2014, does not show correctly the delineated wetland edge approved with the <br /> subdivision. At a minimum the delineated wetland edge approved with the subdivision should be added in <br /> addition to the recorded wetland buffer of 35'. (reference Document No. 4071992, copy attached) <br /> • The survey should be updated to show the following: <br /> o the conservation easement per pocument No.4085098 (copy attached) <br /> o the storm pond <br /> • Also: <br /> o the "Edge of Water" notation should be removed from the survey. <br /> o provide clarification regarding the significance of the 939.2' elevation. What is this in reference <br /> to? Please clarify or remove. <br /> o the driveway location should be set back a minimum of 5' from the property line. <br /> Please note all structures and hardcover must be set back a minimum of 35' from the actual updated delineated wetland <br /> edge or the recorded buffer, plus 10', whichever is greater.
