The concurrent ��acation of Scotch Pine Lane and all of the utility easements <br /> original�y dedicated �vithin the Dicon Additior, requires rededication of new <br /> utility easements for �xisting and future utility lines. The praposed rededicatian <br /> includes a 30' municipal sewer easement over the ex�sting municipal sewer <br /> laterals w�thin Scotch Pine Lane.
