#3652 & #3b53 were to remove this undesirable cul de sac. The fact that 2455 North <br /> Shore Drive (lot 1) now became a back lot by definition of the ordinance was an <br /> unfo�eseen consequence that was then dealt with by granttng variances to the back lot <br /> standards, reverting them back to the LR-lA standards per the conditions of <br /> Resolution #3653. Our request is rhat the City confirm 2455 North Shore Drive be <br /> governed by the LR-1A stanciaxds with 30' side yard setbacks, the same as all other <br /> lakeshore praperties in the area., for both exi.sting and new/proposed structures and <br /> improvements. <br />
