REPORT FROM PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ON CITY <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS AELD ON OCTOBER 26, 2015, AND NOVEMBER 9,2015 (continued) <br /> Schwingler stated the residents' engineer was saying almost the exact opposite of what Mark Gronberg <br /> was telling the City. All the residents are opposed to the road and were saying that Steadman is providing <br /> misleading information on the development. <br /> Gaffron noted that application will be on the City Council agenda next Monday and that he will be <br /> meeting tomorrow afternoon with the applicants to go through the punch list that the Foxhill engineer put <br /> together. <br /> Schwingler noted the City Council voted to table the living walls text amendment due to too many <br /> unresolved issues. The Wipson application was approved. <br /> 11.
