MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1986 <br />SENIOR CITIZEN DEFERRALS*- <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />RESOLUTIONS #1922, 1923, 1924 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, that the City Council adopt the <br />following Resolutions establishing deferrals for those <br />named within each of those resolutions: <br />Resolution #1922 - Irene Gladys Woytcke <br />Resolution #1923 - Lawrence Joseph Symoniak <br />Resolution #1924 - Maybell N. Kohls <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />BURNING PERMIT FEE*- <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17 - SECOND SERIES <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, that the Council adopt the <br />amendment to Ordinance No.17, Second Series, setting a <br />fee for annual burning permits. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />LEAVES OF ABSENCES* - <br />TERI NAAB <br />LYLE OMAN <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to grant a leave of absence to <br />Mrs. Teri Naab for balance period of 90 calander days <br />from the date she leaves that is not covered by sick <br />leave or vacation under the conditions as outlined. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Hammerel, to grant a leave of absence to <br />Mr. Lyle Oman from February 5th to March 18th, 1986 <br />under the conditions as outlined. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays <br />0. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION <br />Council accepted City Administrator Bernhardson's <br />Information report regarding: C.D.B.G. Assessment Grant <br />Program, Emergency Preparedness, Posse System, and <br />Deering Island. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson reported that regarding <br />the Deering Island matter, Zoning Administrator Mabusth <br />has contacted Mr. Paul Scherber by letter and he has <br />contacted the City to indicate that he will be making <br />application for a conditional use permit. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />City Attorney Blatz had nothing to report at this time. <br />f <br />5 <br />
