NON - SUFFICIENT FUND CHECK WRITE OFF* RESOLUTION #1912 It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Councilmember Hammerel, to adopt Resolution #1912 declaring certain N.S.F. checks and charges uncollectable and removing them from the City accounts effective December 31, 1985. ANNUAL TRANSFERS AND INTERFUND LOAN PAYMENTS* It was moved by'Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Councilmember Hammerel, that the interfund operating transfers and loan payments be approved as proposed, effective December 31, 1985. ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION* It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Councilmember Hammerel, to accept City Administrator Bernhardson's Information report regarding: Crystal Bay Appeals, Community Development Block Grant Program, Continental Telephone, A.R.I., Long Lake /Medina Library, County Road 15, and Gregg Griffiths. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: City Administrator Bernhardson requested that Council enter into Executive Session at this time.
