Specifically, WJM <br /> Properties, LLC requests an extension of the deadline for the "exercise date" to <br /> December 31, 2010. <br /> Most of the improvements described in the approved Site Plan were constructed in <br /> 2006 and 2007. The requested extension is intended to allow WJM Properties, LLC to <br /> delay construction of the proposed 1-story addition (25,620 sq. ft.) and the associated <br /> parking, located on the southwest comer of the existing facility. All construction details <br /> remain unchanged from the approved Application. Oversized plan documents were <br /> submitted with the original application and may have been resubmitted with the earlier <br /> extension request. Please let me know if you require additional oversized copies.
