What are the welding specs for the post at sheer wall from basement to first floor? <br /> Post to be welded to base plate. <br /> 4. Narrow wall detail is missing <br /> Wall tag added and referenced to wall type on assembly schedule A-002. <br /> 5. Where are the garage floor drains to be drained to? House system or daylight? <br /> The property is connected to the city sewer and the garage drains will tie into this <br /> system.
