Staff reviewed the information and has the following comments: <br /> 1. Landscape Plan. <br /> a. The word 'gate' was removed, but the landscape plan stills shows what appears to be a gate, please <br /> remove. <br /> b. The landscape plan shows a limestone wall adjacent to the pool equipment, but this wall is not shown <br /> on the survey. Please have the limestone wall shown on the survey, showing top and bottom wall <br /> elevations. <br /> c. Sheet L2.1 of the Landscape plan references sheet L2. Please provide two full-size copies for our <br /> review. <br /> d. The landscape plan references a `no grading' area, however the survey shows retaining walls to be <br /> removed. Please clarify. <br /> 2. Certificate of Survey. <br /> a. The concrete wall south ofthe terrace does not indicate top and bottom wall elevations. Please clarify. <br /> 3. Pool Permit. A pool permit application was submitted without plans. I will contact the pool contractor directly <br /> about obtaining pool plans. Once we have all the other issues resolved,we will issue the building permit. The <br /> pool permit will be issued separately. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
