The applicant <br /> may be required to obtain Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) approval and permitting for their <br /> Wetland Protection Rules.A copy of any approvals or permits required should be submitted prior to final <br /> approval. <br /> 2. The erosion control plan is not depicted. The erosion control plan is discussed on Sheet T-001 however l did not <br /> see a depiction of the plan in accordance with the City's standard survey requirements. The erosion control <br /> plan should depict the location of any planned measures silt Fence, Bio Roles and construction <br /> entrance. Erosion control mechanisms should be planned for and must be installed and inspected by the City <br /> prior to any land disturbing activities.
