The installation of permanent fixtures in County right-of-way is <br /> against State Statute and Hennepin County Ordinance. The arbor vitae and the monumental post are <br /> within the operational clear zone and must be removed. <br /> Unfoi-tunately, your contractor failed to obtain a City of Orono Building Permit. If they had, these <br /> issues would have been brought to your attention at that time and relocation could have been avoided. <br /> Please have the arbor vitae and the monumental post removed from Hennepin County Right-of-Way <br /> no later than August 15th, 2009. If the items are not removed by that time, this issue will be brought to <br /> the Hennepin Cotinty Attorney's Office. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this issue.
