Safety and security from the busy street carries with it the uhnost <br /> importance, since the homeowners are parents to a 2 year-old and baby to be born <br /> in October 2009. They would like to be free from fear of their young children <br /> inadvertently wandering into the busy street and getting harmed. <br /> 11. The granting of the Variance will have no detrimental effect on the above items. <br /> 12.
