Revise survey to accurately reflect proposed hardcover and structural removals <br /> 2. Reduce overall hardcover on the property <br /> 3. Illustrate how the hardcover and water features manage stormwater& show outlets <br /> Revised plans are required to be submitted by September 3'�by NOON. Please contact <br /> Melanie Curtis to set up a meeting to review the revised plans. <br /> State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning requests within 60 days <br /> from the date of application, and that this review period may be extended by notification <br /> to the applicant. Your application's 60-day review period would end on September 25, <br /> 2009. As this application will not have a resolution by the City Council for final approval <br /> until after September 25�' potentially, the City is exercising an extension.
