Contractor to keep the street clean � <br /> during construction. <br /> Driveway must be paved per Orono municipal code 18-136(f), copy attached. �� <br /> Grading on the north side of the property must be completed so as to keep hardcover and surface <br /> runoff from being directed onto the neighboring property. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing � <br /> activities.
