ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 13, 1999 <br />( #12) HIGHWAY 12 PRELIMINARY LAYOUT -Continued . <br />Moorse said there is a question about the first sentence of the letter that states "approved the <br />corridor for the upgrade of Highway 12 without restrictions." <br />Flint said the words `without restrictions" should be removed. <br />Kelley moved, Peterson seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 4403 to Approve the Trunk <br />Highway 12 Adopted Preliminary Layout Plan, as amended, and to authorize staff to <br />send the letter to Mn/DOT, as amended. <br />Jabbour thanked Mr. Murphy for his work on the Design Review Committee. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCH, REPORT <br />None <br />ENGINEER REPORT <br />( #10) POLICY ON COST ALLOCATION FOR SEWER PROJECTS <br />Kelley recommended that this matter be discussed at the January meeting. <br />Jabbour moved, Peterson seconded, to table the Policy on Cost Allocation for Sewer <br />Projects until January. RECEIVE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND SCHEDULE PUBLIC <br />HEARING RESOLUTION NO. 4402 <br />Peterson moved, Kelley seconded, to approve Resolution No. 4401 ordering the <br />preparation of a feasibility study for the East Long lake Sanitary Sewer Project and to <br />approve Resolution No. 4402 accepting the feasibility study and scheduling a public <br />hearing for the East Long Lake Sanitary Sewer Project for 7:00 P.M. on January 10, <br />1999.
