• <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 22, 1999 <br />( #20 Personnel Action - Knollenberg, Continued) <br />accomplishing the work of a police clerk. City Staff has also attempted to review other <br />positions within the City to see whether they would accommodate her work restrictions. <br />Barrett stated the applicant is still able to receive worker's compensation support and training as <br />well as rights that are available to her to appeal this decision should she so desire. <br />Sansevere inquired whether the City has exhausted all other options. <br />Moorse indicated that they have looked at all the options available. Moorse stated in his <br />opinion the present technology would not enable her to perform the duties required in this <br />position. <br />Kelley moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the termination of Kris Knollenberg <br />from the Police Records Position, effective November 22, 1999. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*( #21) 2000 ENGINEERING RATES <br />• Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the General Engineering Rates for <br />the Year 2000 as Proposed by Bonestroo Associates. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />• <br />*( #22) CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITIES AND GENERAL SERVICE <br />FEES - RESOLUTION NO. 4392 <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4392, <br />a Resolution Providing for the Collection of Delinquent 1999 Charges for Sewer and <br />Water Utility Services, Fees for the Annual Septic Inspection and Recycling Programs, <br />Fees for False Alarms, Developers Improvement Fees, and other General Service <br />Fees. VOTE: Ayes, 5, Nays 0. <br />*( #23) RENEWAL OF POLICE SERVICE CONTRACTS <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Renewal of the Police Services <br />Contracts with the Cities of Spring Park and Minnetonka Beach for the year 2000, and <br />to Approve the Renewal of the Police Service Contract with the City of Long Lake for <br />the Years 2000, 2001, and 2002. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />13 <br />
