ORONO CITY COUNCIL_ MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR SEPTEMBER 13, 1999 <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS Susan Wilson <br />Susan Wilson said the Park Commission has been discussing working with the Crystal Bay <br />residents on an ice rink. She suggested that the Council consider incorporating apiece of City <br />property in the park before final plans are made for the park in Crystal Bay and she asked <br />whether the road between the park property and the City .property.is still needed. <br />Jabbour asked about the progress on the environmental upgrade of the site. <br />Gappa said that everything is complete except the monitoring, wells must be pulled out. <br />Jabbour said that the Council would look into incorporating the City property in the park. <br />Z,ONING ADMINISTRATOW S REPORT <br />(#4) #2492 RICK AND GAIL LUZAICH, 2490 OLD BEACH ROAD - VARIANCES <br />AND CONDLTIONAL_USE_PER.MIT <br />Barrett reported the applicant's attorney requested that this matter be tabled. <br />Peterson moved, Sansevere seconded, a motion to table Item #2492, 2490 Old Beach <br />Road, based upon the applicant's request.
