VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( * #15) CHANGE ORDER #2 - NAVARRE WATER PLANT REHABILITATION <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, a motion to approve Change Order #2 in the amount of <br />$6,000 for pressure grouting of the concrete floor slab in the Navarre water treatment <br />plant. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />( * #16) HAMM SEWER REQUEST - RESOLUTION NO. 4271 <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, a motion to approve Resolution No. 4271 including <br />findings and conditions for Granting Approval for Sewer Connection for Property <br />Located at 465 -485 Orono Orchard Road South. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />( #17) APPOINTMENT OF A CITY CONTACT PERSON TO THE ORONO SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT'S HEALTHY COMMUNITIES/HEALTHY YOUTH PROGRAM. <br />Flint asked if the City could advertise for a volunteer to serve as the contact person. <br />Moorse said he believes they are looking for a Council member to be the contact person. <br />Sansevere said he is willing to be the contact person. <br />Jabbour moved, Kelley seconded, a motion to appoint Bob Sansevere to be the City's <br />Contact Person to the Orono School District's Health Communities/Healthy Youth <br />Program.
