Prior to her employment with Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC, Kristina worked as a wetland technician for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. NEPA DocumentationlWetland Permitting—Omaha National Cemetery— Omaha, NE (2014): Services included preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), and supplemental permit coordination with the Omaha District U.S.Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for proposed wetland impacts. Wetland permitting activities included completion of a wetland boundary delineation following the 1987 USACE Wetland Manual and Midwest Regional Supplement, and preparation of a USACE permit application package that included a design for an on-site compensatory wetland mitigation area. • Wetland DelineationlAssessment — Fort McCoy Alderwood Dam Removal — Fort McCoy, WI (2012): Services included a wetland determination and delineation of wetland associated with a proposed dam removal project at the Fort McCoy U.S. Army installation. Project tasks included completion of a wetland delineation following the 1987 USACE Wetland Manual and the Midwest Regional Supplement and preparation of the wetland delineation report to document findings and help assess potential wetland impacts for Section 401/404 permitting. • Northern Natural Gas— Ventura North III Natural Gas Pipeline Dakota County, MN, Freeborn County, MN & Worth County, IA (2012): Linear Corridor Projects including biologic assessment for critical habitat, threatened and endangered species, wetland determination, wetland delineation, and wetland mitigation replacement services. • United States Department of Veteran Affairs (2011): Project Scientist for NEPA Environmental Assessment and Section 106 historic coordination as subcontractor for the proposed parking ramp construction at Minneapolis VA Health Care System located in Minneapolis, MN.
