Orono, MN Code of Ordinances Page 1 of 4 <br /> Sec. 78-418. - Conditional uses. <br /> Within any RR-1 B one-family rural residential district, no structure or land shall be used for the <br /> following uses without a conditional use permit: <br /> (1) Golf courses, country clubs, tennis clubs, non-profit camps, and religious camps, provided <br /> that: <br /> a. All principal buildings are located at least 100 feet from any adjacent property zoned for <br /> residential use. <br /> b. All accessory buildings and structures more than six feet in height are located at least 50 <br /> feet from any adjacent property zoned for residential use. <br /> (2) Guest houses and nonrental guest apartments. �L,�- (B --Z �j'(,� Z,Q� <br /> a.
