Orono, MN Code of Ordinances Page 4 of 4 <br /> owned by the local school district; <br /> 2. Not separated from the high school building by a public road; <br /> 3. Operated by the school district or by a nonprofit organization; and <br /> 4. All structures are located at least 50 feet from any adjacent property zoned for <br /> residential use. <br /> (12) Stock farms, provided that: <br /> a. Excluding wetlands and wetland buffers as defined in sections 78-1602 and 78-1605, there <br /> are a minimum often ten acres of land devoted to the keeping of animals and the animal <br /> density is no more than two animal units an acre on the land devoted to keeping the <br /> animals. <br /> b. No dwellings are permitted except one for the property owner or the operator of the <br /> fa rm. <br /> c. No accessory buildings or structures are permitted other than those allowed for a <br /> residential use. <br /> (13) Wholesale green houses, provided that: <br /> a. All outside storage is fenced so as to screen the stored material from view when observed <br /> from all public streets or adjoining lots. <br /> b. Greenhouse structures are not located in a required yard area. <br /> c. There are no dwellings on the properry, except one for the owner or operator of the <br /> wholesale greenhouse. <br /> d. There are no accessory buildings or structures other than those allowed for a residential <br /> use. <br /> (14) Columbaria, provided that all portions of columbaria located at or below ground shall be <br /> located at least five feet from any adjacent lot line and at least 50 feet from principal <br /> structures located on any adjacent property, whether such property is zoned for residential or <br /> non-residential use. All portions of columbaria located above ground shall meet the following <br /> standards: <br /> a. Located at least ten feet from property boundaries. <br /> b. Located at least 50 feet from principal structures located on any adjacent property, <br /> whether such property is zoned for residential or non-residential use. <br /> c. Located at least ten feet from the edge of the paved, traveled roadway. <br /> d. Shall not exceed eight feet in height including any appurtenances. <br /> e.
