ROOD <br /> FILS NO. 1729 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br /> economic and, safe development of land within the City; and <br /> , WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> � a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Clair T. Rood <br /> (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties located at 3240 and 3280 <br /> Navarre Lane within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and <br /> �� legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 54, 55, and 56, "Wallace's Addition to the Village of <br /> Minnetonka Beach", according to the record of plat thereof <br /> and on file at the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"), and <br /> WHER$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> � the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br /> purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the , <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a <br /> lot line rearrangement for Clair T. Rood as shown on the Certificate <br /> bf Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated August 24, 1990, most recently <br /> revised June 2, 1992 and attached to this resolution, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> l. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of <br /> Orono, the subdivider shall legal ly combine for tax purposes <br /> Parcels B and C as described in the above noted survey. <br /> 2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br /> of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with either <br /> � the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles office <br /> � on or before December 8, 1992 together with a certified <br /> original copy of this resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 , <br /> ' <br />
