RESOLUTION OF3 H 5CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH�� NO. <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING TH$ PLAT OF <br /> HILLTOP FARM <br /> FILE NO. 1732 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a final subdivision of a 2-lot plat by Joan F. Sweetser, (hereinafter the <br /> subdivider); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br /> the RR-1B rural residential zoning district finding that each lot is of a <br /> ze and configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence <br /> o be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3123, the <br /> resolution that granted preliminary approval of the plat. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road, shown <br /> as Old Long Lake Road. <br /> 3 . Dedication to the City of the Flowage and Conservation Easement <br /> providing for limitation on the use of wetlands and drainageways <br /> described therein and shown on the plat as drainage easements. <br /> 4. The City Inspection staf f has conf irmed that the we 11 pit and <br /> septic system on Lot 1 that served the former guest house have <br /> been appropriately abandoned. <br /> 5. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee and the dedication <br /> of a bike trail easement along the street lot lines of Lots 1 and <br /> 2 located within a 10' drainage and utility easement. <br /> • Page 1 of 3 � <br />
