The historical files�on the greenhouse have been included as an <br /> exhibit. Should the greenhouse operation be discontinued? At a minimum the new Lot 2 should <br /> be explicitly removed from the CUP for the greenhouse. <br /> Staff Recommendation - <br /> Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat in accordance with the recommendations of <br /> the City's Engineer. Further, and consistent with the approvals for Babysbreath Heights, Outlot <br /> C should be widened to 50' and upgraded to serve as access for all three properties. <br />
