VOTE: Ayes 6,Nays 0. . <br /> 6. 09-3396 DEN1vIS BATTY,3421-3435 SHORELINE DRIVE,CONCEPT COMII�RCIAL <br /> SITE PLAN,7:42 P.M.—8:30 P.M. <br /> Dennis Batty,Applicant, was present. <br /> Turner stated the applicant, on behalf of the owner, requests concept review of a proposal to enlarge the <br /> existing commercial building with additions to each end. <br /> The plan proposes two-thirds of the parking spaces required by code. The deficiency is 53 spaces. The <br /> beauty salon in the basement of the 3465 Shoreline Drive building rents nine parking spaces. The owner <br /> can terminate the agreement at any time but does not want to,which would increase the deficiency to 63 <br /> spaces. The sidewalk along Shoreline Drive is adjacent to the roadway. The parking area would extend <br /> to the back edge of this sidewalk. <br /> PAGE 9 . <br />
