This runoff should be managed <br /> on-site to the lake. <br /> • Alternatively, since the runoff appears to fairly well managed on the neighboring <br /> property, the applicant may wish to consider obtaining a drainage easement from 1629 <br /> Bohns Point Road and proceed with the current grading plan. <br /> • The proposed retaining wall is over four feet in height near the proposed garage.
