The first is to expand their <br /> existing footprint which would preserve many mature trees that provide beauty and <br /> � privacy to the Moseley's and our property at 1645 Bohns Point Road. <br /> The other scenario described to us was destroying the existing structure and pushing any <br /> new house back away from the lake. The issue with this scenario is that apparently many � <br /> of the existing mature trees will have to be removed. <br /> We would prefer to see the existing mature trees preserved if at a11 possible. <br /> Clearly, we can only speak to the physical beauty of the area�we do not have any <br /> expertise in hardcover, engineering or other zoning concerns. <br /> Staff Note: The Hallarans o�vn the house <br /> to the south. 16=�5 Bohns Point Road. <br /> � , .. � . . • _ . �_�, - <br />
