�^1 V <br /> (�� � i• <br /> �r� i• <br /> � O� <br /> • O • O <br /> �A. � CITY of 4RON0 <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> ��� ��'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH�g' Np, 3156 <br /> A RESOLDTION DETERMINING THAT THS PROPffi2TY AT <br /> 280 TONKA AVENIIE SHALL BS ASSIGNED ONE SEWER IINIT AS PART OF <br /> THE STIIBBS B�AY SEWER PROJSCT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WH$R$AS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 280 Tonka <br /> Avenue is located; and <br /> WHLREAS, the property at 280 Tonka Avenue is located in <br /> the LR-lA zoning district and consists of 2 individual commonly <br /> owned adjacent tax parcels identified �by PINS numbers 05-117-23 <br /> • 14 0026 and 05-117-23 14 0027, also known as Lots 9 and 10, Block <br /> 2, $ayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka; and <br /> WHEREAS, these two referenced tax parcels in total <br /> contain an area of approximately 0.29 acres, less than the 2.0 <br /> acres required in the LR-lA zoning district for a single building <br /> site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two parcels as a group have been used in <br /> the past and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br /> single building site; and <br /> WH$REAS, the existing residence is located primarily on <br /> PINS number 05-117-23 14 0026. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br /> and one sewer stub provided for this group of two parcels, said <br /> sewer unit assessment to be levied against parcel 05-117-23 14 <br /> 0026. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> • . . <br />
