! <br /> s±-' ;.,�' <br /> 7 O� <br /> • O • O <br /> b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ��� ��'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �k'ESH�g' NO. 315 7 <br /> A RBSOLDTION DETEI2MINING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br /> 309 WESTI,A1� STREET SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER IINIT <br /> AS PART OF THE STIIBBS BAY SEWSR PROJSCT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by the <br /> City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in the Stubbs <br /> Bay area, within which the property at 309 Westlake Street is located; <br /> and <br /> - WH$R$AS, the property at 309 Westlake Street is located in <br /> the LR-lA zoning district and consists of two individual commonly <br /> owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PIN number 05-117-23 23 0020 <br /> and 05-117-23 23 0021, also known respectively as the west 207' of <br /> • Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2, Hillside Park, and that part of Lots 1, 2 <br /> and 3, Block 2, Hillside Park lying east of the westerly 207' thereof; <br /> and <br /> WHER$AS, these referenced tax parcels in total contain an <br /> area of approximately 1.6 acres, less than the 2.0 acres required in <br /> the LR-lA zoning district for a single building site; and <br /> Whereas, the two parcels as a group have been used in the <br /> past and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a single <br /> building site; and <br /> WSEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN number 05- <br /> 117-23 23 0021. <br /> , NOW THLREFORE B$ IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of Orono, <br /> Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed and one sewer stub <br /> provided for this group of two parcels, said sewer unit assessment to <br /> be levied against parcel 05-117-23 23 0021. <br /> • Page 1 of 2 <br />
