BE ASSIGN}3D ONE SEWER IINIT <br /> AS PART OF THE STDBBS BAY S$WER PROJ73CT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 341 Westlake <br /> Street is located; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property at 341 Westlake Street is located <br /> in the LR-lA zoning district and consists of three individual <br /> • commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br /> 05-117-23 23 0022, 05-117-23 23 0023, and 05-117-23 23 0024, also <br /> known as Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, Hil lside Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, these three ref erenced tax parce 1 s in tota 1 <br /> contain an area of approximately 1.6 acres, less than the 2.0 <br /> acres required in the LR-lA zoning district for a single building <br /> site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the three parcels as a group have long been <br /> used and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br /> single building site; and <br /> . WHEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN 05- <br /> 117-23 23 0024. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of <br /> Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed and one <br /> sewer stub provided for this group of three parcels, said sewer <br /> unit assessment to be levied against Parcel 05-117-23 23 0024. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> • <br />
