The property is in the flood plain. In order to build a new house <br /> which complies with the minimum floor elevations of Orono's land use ordinances, Minnehaha . <br /> Creek Watershed district ordinances, and flood rules, it is necessary to raise the elevation of the <br /> garage floor from 930.9 feet to 933.5 feet.
