RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH�g' NO. 316 4 <br /> A RESOLIITION DETERMINING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br /> 222 BEDERWOOD DRIVE SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER IINIT <br /> � AS PART OF THE STIIBBS HAY SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 222 Bederwood <br /> Drive is located; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property at 222 Bederwood Drive is located <br /> in the LR-lA zoning district and consists of three individual <br /> commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br /> • 05-117-23 13 0006, 05-117-23 13 0009, and 05-117-23 13 0010, also <br /> known as Lots 30 and 33, Auditor's Subdivision No. 203, and that <br /> part of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision No. 203, lying south of the <br /> north 6 feet thereof, excluding road; and <br /> WHEREAS, these three referenced tax parcels in total <br /> contain an area of approximately 0.9 acres, less than the 2.0 <br /> acres required in the LR-lA zoning district for a single building <br /> site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the three parcels as a group have long been <br /> used and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br /> single building site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN <br /> number 05-117-23 13 0010. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br /> and one sewer stub provided for this group of three parcels, said <br /> sewer unit assessment to be levied against parcel 05-117-23 13 <br /> 0010 . <br /> • Page 1 of 2 � <br />
