SAYSIDE ADDITION TO LA.Y•L MINNL�TONKA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHER$AS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which Lot l, Block 4, Bayside <br /> . Addition to Lake Minnetonka, is located; and <br /> WHEREAS, the adjacent half of vacated Hill Street has <br /> been combined for tax purposes with said Lot 4 into a single <br /> • parcel legally described as: PINS number 05-117-23 13 0029; Lot <br /> 1, Block 4 including the adjacent half of vacated Hill Street, <br /> Minnetonka Bluffs; and <br /> WH$REAS, ,said parcel is under single separate ownership <br /> not owned in common with any other adjacent property; and <br /> WHER$AS, all adjacent lots are occupied; and <br /> WH$REAS, said parcel is located in the LR-lA Single <br /> Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning District, requiring 2.0 acres <br /> per buildable site; and <br /> .
