Execution of a Developer's Agreement providing for certain <br /> improvements as a conditi:on of subdivision approval and the <br /> posting of appropriate security to ensure the completion of <br /> the improvements. <br /> 7. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount <br /> of $3,236.00. <br /> 8 . Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br /> plat, easements and/or covenants in the amount of $200.00. <br /> 9. Payment to the City of the final plat application fee in the <br /> amount of $175. 00 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R$SOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Leslie Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br /> • l. Current and future owners of Lot 2, Block 1 are hereby <br /> advised that the existing non-conforming septic system that <br /> serves the residence shall be replaced within one year of <br /> the date of final subdivision approval (August 24, 1993 ). <br /> If the existing house is to remain, the new septic system <br /> must be instal led within the septic test site area located <br /> to the west side yard of the property. An alternate septic <br /> site can be expanded along the west side of the property. <br /> � The installation of any new septic system must meet the <br /> required separation of 75' from any well that serves the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Applicant shall be allowed to use the existing drive that <br /> serves the residence on Lot 2 during the construction of the <br /> new residence on Lot l. Upon the issuance of a Certificate <br /> of Occupancy for new residence on Lot l, applicant shall <br /> have ten (10 ) days to remove the existing drive on Lot 2 and <br /> cease all use of the drive. <br /> 3 . The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br /> the County Recorder on or before February 24, 1993 together <br /> with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> executed copies of the easements noted above. <br /> • Page 2 of 3 � <br />
