The City Council finds that granting a conditional use <br /> permit to allow the continued use of a second residential <br /> structure on the property for guest house use will not be <br /> detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of the <br /> public, would not adversely affect light, air nor pose a <br /> • fire hazard or other danger to neighboring properties, nor <br /> will it depreciate surrounding property values and that the <br /> proposed level of use of the property will be in keeping <br /> with the intent and objectives of the Zoning Code and <br /> Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> 5. The City Council has considered this application per the <br /> findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, <br /> reports by City staff, comments by the applicant and the <br /> effect of the proposed variances on the health, safety and <br /> welfare of the community. � <br /> CONCLIISIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIOAS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br /> Council hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning <br /> Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3 to permit the continued use of a <br /> second residential structure for guest house use on the property <br /> located at ,1550 Sixth Avenue North, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The structure defined as a guest house on the property shall <br /> never be used for rental purposes but may be used <br /> exclusively for the use of nonpaying guests and employees. <br /> , <br /> • Page 2 of 4 <br />
