This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1748.. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District requiring one <br /> acre in area. The property consists of 11,767 s.f. or <br /> .27 acres in area. <br /> 3. On September 14, 1992 the Orono City Council reviewed <br /> the application as amended and conceptually approved <br /> the conditional use permit and variance application, <br /> based on the fol lowing findings and hardships: <br /> A. The lot measures 53' in width at the required rear <br /> yard setback of 35'.
