The existing home on the property is located less than 10 feet from the western <br /> side lot line and approximately 95 feet from the front property line meeting neither <br /> setback. The owners have proposed to construct a new home on their property at 4355 <br /> Chippewa Lane. The new home will be a one story home with an attached garage and a <br /> look-out basement facing the rear. It will meet the required 100' and 50' front and side <br /> setbacks.
