� <br /> MINUTES OF THE ' • <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,November 16,2009 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> (REPORT OF PLAN1vING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES,CONTINUED) <br /> stated the Council also requested that Three Rivers look at the pedestrian crossings and signage in the <br /> County Road 19 and County Road 15 area. <br /> Rahn stated it was his understanding that those are trail crossings and not pedestrian crossings. ' <br /> Kang reported on the November 9`"City Council meeting, and noted that the church application was <br /> approved along with the Harvest Moon applicotion. One of the issues with the Harvest Moon application � <br /> was who would bear the cost of reconstructing the access into the Otten property, and tfie Council <br /> determined that it would delay requiring a study of that area until it becomes an issue,but that the costs <br /> would need to be borne by the property owner. <br /> 8.
