REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS SEPTEMBER 28, 2009,AND OCTOBER 12,2009 <br /> Curtis reported at the October 12"'City Council meeting the David Fox application was approved and the <br /> Anderson application on Crystal Bay Road was approved. In addition, the Harvest Moon application was <br /> approved and the Ebertz application was tabled. The City Council directed that the gate meet the 40-foot <br /> setback and recommended that the Ebertz erect a fence enclosing a portion of their property. <br /> 9. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> None <br /> 10.
