• <br />C] <br />O O <br />G~ <br />\�kESH0 <br />10891.6 <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3030 <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br />1991 SEWER AND WATER UTILITY SERVICE CHARGES, RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />FEES AND ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SEWAGE TREATMENT <br />(SEPTIC) INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota <br />statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 3 and Chapter 12, Orono <br />City Code pertaining to payment and collection of sewer and water <br />charges and annual service charges for the On -Site Sewage <br />Treatment (septic) Inspection Program, the following properties <br />are delinquent in nature. <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County <br />Auditor Levy Number 12309 for the delinquent accounts. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon property tax <br />lists of the County and further collect said assessments <br />thereon in the manner provided by law. <br />3. That eight percent (8%) be added to the amounts due. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 14, 1991. <br />Barbara A.
