. .Y � � <br /> � O� <br /> O ti O <br /> ������- C ITY of ORONO <br /> � �����j� � �► <br /> ,.'e• �-�-.. <br /> f 1�. � �� <br /> �� ��� �'�'�1'.I�' 1c\r G RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �; �? <br /> � � '�;�����;�`��� <br /> �kESIIOg' NO. 3 0 2 4 <br /> CONQ.IISIONS, ORDffit AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the findings noted above, the <br /> Orono City Council hereby grants a variance to Municipal Zoning <br /> Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 to permit the construction of a <br /> 22' x 24' two story addition and a lakeside deck granting a <br /> hardcover variance within the 75-250' setback area resulting in a <br /> total reduction of 2,846 s.f. or 17.21� with total hardcover at <br /> 33.4�, subject to the foTlowing conditions: <br /> 1. All hardcover scheduled for removal is shown on the <br /> site plan included in this resolution as Page 6. All <br /> hardcover scheduled for removal shall be completed <br /> prior to the footing inspection for the new structural <br /> addition. <br /> 2. Authorities grarited by this resolution run with the <br /> property not with the applicant, but are permissive <br /> only and must be exercised by application for a <br /> building permit within one year of the date of Council <br /> approval , or this variance will expire on that date <br /> (September 23 , 1992) . <br /> 3. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms <br /> and conditions of this variance shall constitute a <br /> violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be <br /> punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 4. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and <br /> hereby agree to the terms of this resolution anc3 on <br /> behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and <br /> assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this <br /> resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
