CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />��kESH0 NO. 3 010 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 1991 <br />TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1992 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of <br />money be levied for the current year, collectible in 1992 upon <br />the taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following <br />purposes: <br />General Fund $1,644,831 <br />Special Assessments against City property <br />for the City's share of 1985 sanitary sewer <br />project (G.O. Sewer Imp Bond 1985) 5,630 <br />Lost Tax Receipts Due to Abatements 1990 6,220 <br />G.O. Sewer Improvement Bond 1985 50,000 <br />G.O. Sewer Improvement Bond 1980 16,800 <br />G.O. Sewer, Water, Street Improvement <br />Bond 1982 5,500 <br />Bonds of Other Government Units - <br />H.R.A. Building Bond 232,400 <br />TOTAL $1,961,381 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this levy is subject to <br />possible reduction by the City Council at the public budget <br />hearing. <br />The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held August -26, 1991. <br />a A. -P +erson, Mayor <br />J.
