CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3098 <br />3. The applicant and owner, Patricia C. Dickey, shall be <br />responsible for all activities approved under the <br />conditional use permit for the use of Common Harvest <br />Community Farm. Direct sale of the produce grown on this <br />property has not been approved with this current conditional <br />use permit. <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />5.
