On December 4, 1989 the City issued a Certificate of <br />Occupancy for the new residence reconfirming that the <br />conditions of the proposed landscape plan had been <br />satisfied. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono <br />City Council hereby reaffirms that all previously reported <br />violations against the property legally described above and <br />located at 985 Tonkawa Road have been removed and satisfactorily <br />resolved. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council of this 12th day of <br />August, 1991. <br />Barbara A.
