O 0V <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> kESHOg� NO. 3001 <br /> 1. Hardcover in the 75-250' zone shall not exceed the <br /> normal 25% limit. In the 0-75' zone, applicants shall <br /> remove all plastic sheeting hardcover placed by a previous <br /> occupant of the property, however, the existing retaining <br /> walls in the 0-75' zone may remain in place. No further <br /> approval is required for plastic removal and replacement <br /> with topsoil and sod in the 0-75' zone. <br /> 2. No other variances are granted with this approval. <br /> 3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br /> property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br /> and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date of Council approval , or this <br /> variance will expire on that date (August 12, 1992). <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br /> the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 5.
