STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE 1991 BIIDGET FOR <br /> THL� LAKE MINNSrONKA CABLS COMMIINICATIONS COMMISSION <br /> W�REAS, the Commission was issued a Regular Certificate <br /> of Confirmation by the Minnesota Cable Commission Board relative <br /> to the Cable Communications Franchise; - <br /> WSSREAS, the City of Orono is an existing member of the <br /> Commission; <br /> WHERSAS, said joint and cooperative effort is authorized <br /> by Minnesota Statutes Section 238. 08, Subd. 5; <br /> WH$R$AS, the existing joint powers agreement provides <br /> that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the <br /> Commission budget; <br /> • WH$REAS, the City has reviewed the 1991 budget of the <br /> Commission and believes it to be proper; ' <br /> , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resol ved, that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono approved the 1991 budget of the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Cable Communications Commission. <br /> The above listed resolution was moved by Mayor Grabek <br /> and duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson <br /> The following Council Members voted in the affirmative: <br /> Mayor Grabek, Councilmembers Peterson, Goetten, Nettles and <br /> Callahan. <br /> The following Council Members voted in the negative: <br /> None <br /> The above resolution wa�s duly adopted on September 10, <br /> 1990. . <br /> ��t/� � <br /> ATT T: Jam s R.
